Adam is an enthusiastic and disciplined coach with a passion for nutrition. He constantly looks for ways to improve his own health and eagerly passes on his successes to his clients, athletes and friends. Adam gets excited by showing people new to CrossFit how powerful the program is and uses his own progress as proof. He wants nothing more than to see other people’s success whether it be body changes, physical accomplishments, transformed mental strength or better understanding of nutrition. Adam believes our community is the strongpoint; from the recreational to the competitive, the carers to the advocates. His belief is unwavering in CrossFit being the best tool to help Australian’s battle the obesity epidemic with nutrition and fitness.

When Adam saw the power of CrossFit he attacked it with all of his energy as Adam does, all or none. Six weeks of 5-6 Crossfit workouts a week and following a healthy diet in the Zone; Adam got fitter, stronger, faster and lost 10kg of excess bodyfat. He had been shown CrossFit workouts before but this time he believed and the results speak for themselves. Adam like Dale started using CrossFit training methods with his clients to great effect. The strength of mind and healthy bodies that CrossFit methods create in its users had won Adam over. This was the direction he must take to help make truly amazing changes to the people he cares about.

Adam has and continues to devour all things CrossFit to be the very best coach and instructor he can be. His motto is to “be better than you were yesterday” and continually assesses where improvement can be made, there are no excuses. Adam is CrossFit Alive to the core.

Qualifications
Level 1 CrossFit Cert – Brisbane, Dec 4-5, 2010
CrossFit Journal subscriber
Cert III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training
Blue Card for Employment with children
First Aid & CPR
Fitness Australia Member
